“We were reluctant to make a switch of EMR’s because we figured that it was going to be a painful process and we were going to have limited access to our files from our previous EMR. However, Foxfire was excellent in both training our staff and they worked very hard to transfer all of our old data to the new Foxfire system.
They also were there every time we called them for support and were happy to teach us and solve issues to make Foxfire work for us.
Their customer service is top notch.
We are also happy that they integrate with so many outside vendors which reduces redundancies in tasks for staff and takes a huge clerical load off of our staff. This gives us more time to spend directly with our patients and will help to further our commitment to customer service.
